Our clients rely on our software to facilitate their recruiting processes and programs for job applications, interviews, and networking events.

We seek an Account Manager with 2-4 years of relevant experience to join our ever-growing Account Management & Customer Success team. We are looking for someone ready to hit the ground running to manage our SMB customer base and ensure they get the most out of Flo. The Account Manager demonstrates a thorough understanding of Flo Recruit’s products. They will drive engagement and adoption through all stages of the client life cycle, including upselling, cross-selling, and the renewal process. We prefer to hire someone who likes to geek out on tech and would be excited to help guide the product based on the suggestions and feedback you receive from various customer channels. You will join a rapidly growing company of 40 employees, wear multiple “hats,” and share responsibility for the overall team’s success.


An Account Manager plays three prominent roles:

  • Product Expert: Knows the Flo Recruit product inside and out, can share best practices, and can guide customers to get the most out of the platform.

  • Trusted Partner: Able to build authentic, lasting relationships with customers who have a mutual concern for their success with Flo Recruit.

  • Customer Advocate: A strong voice for customer experience and feedback to internal teams at Flo Recruit to help keep Flo Recruit a customer-focused culture as we grow.


What You’ll Do:

  • Manage a portfolio of midsize law firm customers 

  • Providing an exceptional customer experience 

  • Manage all aspects of the customer lifecycle - renewing, upselling, cross-selling Flo’s ever-growing product line

  • Identify customer goals and proactively address them throughout the customer lifecycle

  • Build customer trust and deliver high-quality customer service through the customer lifecycle

  • Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews with the customer.

  • Acting as the voice of our customers by providing customer feedback to the product team regularly

  • Collaborate with engineering to refine the system for verifying & fixing issues reported by customers 


What You Will Bring:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Natural curiosity to solve problems and provide solutions to management

  • Able to work with a variety of personalities and maintain composure under stressful conditions

  • Proficient with the Google Suite platform - Documents, Sheets & Slides

  • Must have exceptional attention to detail and consistently take customer notes for the Account Managers & Product team members

  • Sense of urgency, multi-task, and figure-it-out mentality
