Boston Lawyers Group Annual Diversity Job Fair 2024

The Boston Lawyers Group Annual Diversity Job Fair will take place virtually, via Flo Recruit, on Tuesday, June 25, 2024. The job fair provides BLG member organizations the opportunity to recruit for highly competitive 2025 Summer Associate positions from a pool of JD 2026 law school students of color and/or those that can demonstrate a commitment to advancing DEIB in the Boston legal community.

Law Students selected for interviews will be invited to attend the Pre-Job Fair reception to meet the BLG Employers (in-person) at Greenberg & Traurig on Thursday, June 20, 2024, from 6:00 p.m - 8:00 p.m. This is a great networking event to meet folks from hiring committees, recruiting staff and your interviewers. Due to the short turnaround time between student interview confirmations and the Pre-Job Fair reception, we ask that you save the date for the networking reception, and plan to attend if you accept your interview invitations.

Eligibility: This event is for rising 2L students (JD26) attending an accredited law school in the U.S. seeking 2025 Summer Associate positions. LLM Students are not eligible to apply.

Important Dates:

Wednesday, May 8, 2024 - June 5, 2024 at 12:00 PM EST - Flo Recruit open for Students to Register and Apply for Open Positions. When registering, please select 2L as your class year, otherwise you will not see the available jobs. This deadline will not be extended for any reason.

Friday, June 14, 2024 - Interview invitations will be available via Flo Recruit Friday afternoon. Student confirmation must be made via Flo Recruit by Saturday, June 15, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. VERY IMPORTANT DEADLINE! DO NOT MISS - YOUR INTERVIEW(S) MAY BE CANCELLED OR GIVEN TO ALTERNATES.

Thursday, June 20, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m EST. Pre-Job Fair Reception at Greenberg Traurig (One International Place, Boston, MA 02110). One your interviews are confirmed, we will send you the RSVP link to the reception.

Friday, June 21, 2024 - Final Schedules will be available via Flo Recruit.
